    Back in the year 2000, when I was taking my first massage class, my teacher showed us some simple yoga postures as preparation for giving massage. I was amazed at how peaceful and relaxed I felt, unlike the painful-looking contortionist tricks I had seen on TV. I’ve been learning yoga ever since and I’m totally in love with it!

  2. The Tao of Driving

    According to the guidebook, traffic flow in Taiwan was the opposite to the UK, on the right-hand side of the road instead of the left, pretty straightforward I thought everything a reversed image, including junctions, roundabouts, intersections, and the so-called freeway. But nothing prepared me for the nightmare I was about to experience, looking back though; I think it may have been a provincial thing. I have spent the majority of my time in Southern Taiwan, I prefer the climate and the relaxed lifestyle, and people don’t seem to be in quite such a hurry as they do in the north, which is a definite relief when it comes to the driving, as there are lots of surprises.

  3. From Here On In – “Water Travels”

    The Movie:

    From Here On In wrote, directed and filmed  ‘Water Travels,’ a journey of water reflecting elements of Taiwan.  This film was produced for the 48hour Film Project: Kaohsiung. Each group of competitors was given a prop, line of dialogue and genre that had to be incorporated into the film. From Here On In was given the Silent Film genre.  This short film received best directed and best script.
