Dr. Jia-hao Hsu is professor of political science.  We discussed cross-straits relations including: ECFA, ‘One China’ policy, ‘the mainland’,  and the Taiwanese fraud suspects arrested in the Philippines issue and its relation to Taiwanese identity.
